Elska Willenborg

Elske paints in oils. She was born near Amsterdam in 1962, and studied art history and fine art in the USA before settling in London in 1985, where she has lived and worked ever since.

With a background in branding and design, she has now returned to her original passion—drawing and painting. Her work is figurative. Inspiration derives from examining nature, land, and cityscapes, and she also enjoys creating portraits from live sittings.
