This embroidery is of the little area of greenery in my local estate. The area is affectionately known as the Spinney and is home to wildflowers and the occasional owl, deer and foxes. As I live in a new build, this pocket of greenery is a welcome distraction from it’s urban surroundings. A miniature landscape captured on my phone, embroidered back at home.
