Stillness is inspired by the landscape of Devil's Dyke on the South Downs Way. As the UK's largest dry valley, it is surrounded by rolling chalk downland and sweeping views across the Sussex countryside. I return to this area time and again for its sense of space, tranquillity, and connection to nature. The vast skies and open landscape create a feeling of quiet contemplation, inviting visitors to pause and take in their surroundings. Through this screenprint, I wanted to capture the peaceful atmosphere of the location and convey the stillness that makes it such a special place.
