Catrin Llwyd b. 1988
Catrin Llwyd is a Welsh painter based in Cardiff, Wales. Working primarily in watercolour, gouache, and oil, her practice is rooted in an intuitive engagement with place and landscape. Her paintings often depict quiet, transitional spaces.
She has exhibited widely across the UK and internationally, including solo and group presentations at galleries such as gallery ten (Cardiff), Blue Shop Galleries (London), The Violet Hour, and Gallery Jennings Kerr (New South Wales, Australia). Her work has also been shown at major institutions and events including the Royal Academy Summer Show, Saatchi Gallery, London Art Fair, and Y Lle Celf at the National Eisteddfod of Wales.
