The park was a convenient place to meet up with friends in South London. In the early spring there were good views of nearby tower blocks through the leafless trees....
The park was a convenient place to meet up with friends in South London. In the early spring there were good views of nearby tower blocks through the leafless trees. The day I did this painting it was very windy. I was standing almost inside a willow tree whose branches whipped the painting as I tried to protect it with my arms, if you look closely you can see the scratch marks in the paint.
