Tyga Helme b. 1990

Tyga lives and works in the UK. She is a painter and printmaker with drawing lying at the heart of her practice. She uses the directness and urgency of drawing from life as a springboard for all her work. Responding with spontaneity in the moment, she also builds on memory and feeling by returning to places and people over and over again.
